Our General Manager talks about how Venue has grown over the years. You’ve been at Venue since the doors opened and you’ve seen first-hand how we’ve never stopped improving, whether it’s the amazing food or the customer service.
“The place started a little over 12 years ago in 2009. The goal was, and is to provide the most exclusive experience to our customers. Focusing on the best wedding parties, the best quinceanera show, one-of-a-kind corporate event, and one thing we really prided ourselves on from the beginning was meeting our guests. Not just as guests of our Venue, but getting to know their families, knowing everything about them, and just making a personal connection. We think that’s something that really sets our Venue apart from other places. We really know our guests in a very personal way and we make that connection and make them feel at home. They are part of our family. At first it was a difficult road to be new, but we have grown exponentially in recent years. We still keep our roots intact, but we take it to the next level. Taking advantage of the conference rooms so that people can have events here. Giving more guests the opportunity to celebrate at Spring Reception Hall. Over the last few years especially, that has allowed us to broaden our horizons and use a broader brushstroke, if you like, to touch more things.
